We at VPH pride ourselves in helping to foster a community between our residents and management staff. Our active approach to property management affords us the ability to engage with residents regularly and to create a relationship where we can anticipate and address their needs. Our role is not just to serve as property managers, but to value our residents, and to ensure that the right decisions are made to provide quality housing, all while meeting the goals of our investors.
We believe that the quality of life each resident experiences while living at any property is dependent upon a caring and professional management team. As such, our priorities include maintaining the property in a meticulous manner, providing responsive service, security, and ensuring our personnel have the necessary resources to accomplish their goals.

At VPH we have a detailed maintenance protocol that keeps our properties running smoothly. We provide our building staff with rigorous training and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability of our building mechanical systems. In addition, we schedule significant capital improvements as needed and believe in providing amenities that will enrich each residents' lifestyles all while considering the surrounding community. This attention to detail makes our properties unique.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
We manage five properties in New York and New Jersey, consisting of 90 buildings and 1378 affordable housing units. Our key staff carry members have over 80 years of joint property management and compliance experience across a broad cross-section of properties, programs, and city and state agencies.
Dr. Lena Frances Edwards Apts

The Dr. Lena Frances Edwards Apartments is located in Jersey City’s Hutson County, near an array of small businesses within walking distance, and the NJ Transit Light Rail Hudson Bergen Line at Richard Street. The 64 residential unit complex was constructed in 2018, complete with a commercial space and is 100% affordable housing for all residents. The property includes modernized one, two and three bedroom units, a communal laundry area and onsite covered parking.

Our Genesis Y15 portfolio consists of a number of multi-family buildings located in the heart of Central and West Harlem. The property is convenient to tons of businesses and popular retailers.
